- Experience Required: Minimum of 5 to 10 years macro and micro space analytics
- Experience Desire: Retail, Retail Grocery, Category Management, Assortment Optimization, Space Layouts, or Category Analytics;
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Space, Operations, and Category Analytics to align space planning and assortment optimization efforts with broader business objectives and strategies.
- Analyze macro space utilization across stores to optimize the overall store layout - including aisle configurations, category adjacencies, and departmental zoning - to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
