- The Manager - Learning & Development is responsible to lead members of the Learning & Development Team in the designing and developing learning solutions that meet the learning requirements of multiple audiences (e.g., Sales, Operations, Management, Production Support, etc
- The Learning & Development Manager manages members of the Team through all aspects of the learning and development process inclusive of curriculum development, needs analysis, design, development, and outcome assessment and will consult with subject matter experts on the design and development of classroom and media-based training.
- Leverage highly developed technical skills in curriculum development to build powerful eLearning solutions, videos, classroom, and webinar training content
- 5+ years of hands-on instructional design and content/training development for multiple media
- 3+ years of experience leading large, complex (sales training, a plus) learning and development instructional design projects and/or curriculum develop projects, a plus
