- The Manager, Learning & Development is a key member of the IHOP Learning and Development Team. This position which reports to the Director, Learning and Development will help lead a team of instructional designers and direct the scope of work for all IHOP operations-based training Initiatives.
- Support instructional design projects by coordinating print requirements and specifications with print vendors.
- Adhere to established timelines to deliver training assets and update Smartsheet project tracker.
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following industries: Hospitality, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Management, or Human Resources.
- Minimum 4-year experience with eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.
