- Manage the Montgomery County Emergency Management Group, an interdisciplinary team of county agencies and community partners that is responsible for integration and coordination to provide whole-of-community emergency preparedness and response.
- Based on findings of threat analyses and after-action reports, develop and maintain and continuous improvement program to remedy deficiencies in emergency preparedness.
