- Analyzes business requirements and objectives towards determining the optimal configuration of the requirements used to support health plan operations.
- Conducts gap analysis discovery between business requirements and system functionality.
- Acts as the business subject-matter expert to other implementation initiatives, including conversion, and interface development.
- a BA/BS in Business Administration, Information Science, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering and minimum of 7 years technical and/or systems experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
