- Position Description As an HRIS Manager, your role will be to manage, implement and maintain all HR systems, services and applications used to house or transport employee data for the Company.
- Primary systems focus: SAP SuccessFactors, UKG,Ceridian Dayforce, Kronos, and SAP Concur.
- You will do this by: Leading the HRIS team in managing day-to-day activities to support the business needs by partnering with HR Reps and other HR Subject Matter Experts (Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, etc.)
- Prioritizing data integrity through an audit strategy and routine data analysis.
- Ensuring all HR-related systems or systems outside of HR maintaining employee data are compliant with data protection laws Promoting proactive approaches using HRIS to solve business issues, while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of HRIS capabilities.
