- Position Highlights The Student Services Administration Manager II is a dynamic and pivotal role responsible for leading and managing the university's graduate student admissions, recruitment, and retention initiatives.

- Develop and implement strategies, programs, and processes to support graduate student admissions, recruitment, and related processes.
- Collaborate with campus partners including Graduate College, Arizona International, Arizona Global, Registrar, Academic Initiatives and Student Success, Veterans Affairs, Bursar, and Financial Aid to support all student applicants.
- Coordinate efforts between the admissions, recruitment, and retention team with the graduate student services staff as well as the broader Academic Operations Team.
