- The Manager, Financial Management & Program Management Office will play a pivotal role in supporting and running the day-to-day TFS Chief Product Officer (CPO) organization, covering financial management, resource management, vendor management, program and project management, and strategic prioritization planning functions.
- This multifaceted role combines executive-level support, cross-organization interactions, financial management, resource management, vendor management, program and project management, and strategic prioritization planning as expected by central finance and enterprise enablement functions, ensuring alignment with enterprise planning and governance protocols, and optimizing spend, talent, and execution capabilities of the CPO organization.
- Develop and maintain the CPO resource management strategy with a holistic view of the target state, identify areas to optimize capacity, spend, suppliers, roles, and talent, execute domain-level transition roadmaps in partnership with IDS leaders, and govern the processes to effectively control the flow of resources through the organization.
- Manage the intake of new resource requests through the CPO organization, partnering with hiring managers and business management to ensure all decisions are within budget and in alignment with the holistic resource management strategy.
