- The Manager – Executive Administration & Facilities is responsible for the management and coordination of facilities functions and administrative functions relating to the Chief Maintenance Officer.
- Provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Maintenance Officer which includes managing calendars, communications, meetings, travel, and projects.
- Oversees financial management of the Hirschbach Café and food line; including managing the budget, implementing cost savings measure, analyzing sale trends, and inventory management efficiency.
- Performs people centered activities including assigning duties and responsibilities to team members, participates in hiring, providing employee orientation and training, and conducting supervisory activities such as coaching, mentoring, reviewing work schedules, leading meetings, and verifying employee time sheets.
- Observes and evaluates team members and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service.
