- The Global Development organization is responsible for driving the growth of Marriott’s brand portfolio through acquisition, new hotel development and conversions, and the effective portfolio management of Marriott’s real estate assets.
- The Development Marketing Client Services team supports these efforts through an integrated marketing strategy and sales support to drive awareness, generate leads and secure deals for our brands among the owner/developer community.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major and 4 years experience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferredOR
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related major; 2 year’s experience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred.
- Maintains and organizes all brand assets including a photo asset library across diverse project types, geographies and for each brand category (Luxury, Premium, Select, Midscale, Extended Stay).
