- Banquet Operations is responsible for executing high end banquets, special events and conferences through effective collaboration with the culinary team, the event sales and coordinators and the banquets front of house staff.
- Banquet Operations oversees the set-up, execution and post-event processes for all food and beverage events in the public event spaces of the Greystone and Copia Campus locations, including vendor invoicing and responding to the clients needs during events.
- Work with Senior Manager Food, Beverage and Dining Services on departmental financial requirements, including forecasting, budgeting, and expense management.
- Staff according to prescribed guidelines, prepare a floor plan, and assign side work.
- Verify return of rental equipment and reconcile any discrepancies from delivery invoice.
