- The Loss Prevention Manager oversees the efforts for identifying, evaluating, controlling, and minimizing exposure to loss of or harm to assets of the Agency to safeguard company assets to advance the Goodwill mission and brand.
- Initiates appropriate strategies to bring internal investigations to successful conclusion.
- Coordinates Asset Protection (AP) resources and conducts AP audits or site visits that identify potential loss to the organization.
- Regularly network and build relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
- Champions a continuous improvement mindset throughout the organization and focuses on continuously improving asset protection strategies.
