- This position will act as the strategic partner to deans, program chairs, managers, and Human Resources business partner (HRBP) in providing direction to ensure high-quality staff and faculty support for the school to support the overall mission.
- This position is a critical conduit for strengthening the interface between school needs and University requirements.
- Acts as a critical conduit between the HRBP and the DGSD community.
- Implements faculty search, promotion, and leave processes, working with the Provost’s Office and DGSD Governance Board, as appropriate.
- Creates, reviews, and updates new and existing staff and faculty position descriptions, ensuring alignment with DGSD/YRT values of equity, diversity, inclusion and anti-racism, and Yale requirements.
