- The purpose of the Central Maintenance Technician I or IIis to support the mission of Housing Connect by providing a high quality of customer service to maximize our ability to fill vacant units, thus giving low-income persons in Salt Lake County access to affordable housing.
- Following HUD and Housing Connect policies and procedures in all customer service and maintenance functions does this, by working with other personnel to coordinate essential agency functions.
- Work with Supervisor and Property Managers to prepare, paint and turn units as efficiently and effectively as possible.
- Perform and coordinate dwelling maintenance and upkeep including but not limited to: Doors Electrical Floor Repair Furnaces Lighting Locks Mechanical Painting Pest Control Plumbing Roofs Structural Windows
- Assist with grounds care, fence repair, etc.
