- Reporting to the Lead Maintenance Technician and Facilities Manager, the Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for responding and resolving service calls, providing mechanical and technical support, and troubleshooting automated material handling system components within a 700,000 sq.
- Performance of mechanical and lubrication tasks on automated material handling equipment, including belt install, bolt and tension roll adjustment, straightening parts, aligning rollers, and replacing defective parts.
- Performs preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs on equipment (e.g., pneumatic systems, material handling equipment, hydraulic equipment, dock equipment, electronic and electrical equipment, etc.)
- Utilizes working knowledge and experience to troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, automated conveyor systems, and key components of the distribution center, to include but not limited to automated putwall (pick-to-light systems), HighJump (WMS), PandA (Print and Apply) components, and Intelligrated conveyor systems.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g. forklift), boom and scissor lifts, battery equipment, moving machinery, and other powered equipment.
