- Overview Maintenance Technicians are responsible for front line trouble call support to multiple high volume assembly lines and sheet metal fabrication equipment.
- Duties include troubleshooting automated assembly and test equipment, pipe fitting welding; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new machinery.
- May adapt procedures and techniques necessary to assemble natural gas fired pool heaters and electric heat pumps.
- Repairs are required on automated conveyor lines, robotic fastening and packaging cells (Yaskawa), CNC controlled punching and bending equipment (LVD), die repair and maintenance, PLC and Vision Systems.
- Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devises.
