- The Supervisor must understand building maintenance and operations, such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, wall repair, locks and other door hardware repair, furniture repair, and janitorial work.
- Direct skilled tradesmen in the general maintenance of the Capitol Complex Buildings to include door hardware, light/ballast replacement, and plumbing repairs.
- When questions arise, perform on-site inspections of building locations to include motors, fire pumps, hot water heaters and pumps, domestic water pumps, sewage pumps, grease traps, etc.
