- Work includes routine service and preventive maintenance, painting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, flooring, and minor electrical work; snow/ice control duties during the winter months is also required.
- MAINTENANCE AND ENGINEERING SERVICES: Perform maintenance for at all campus facilities, including student housing (dorms and apartments), administrative and faculty offices, student academic classrooms, science labs and study spaces, auditorium, library, chapel, food service and dining areas, athletic sporting complexes, arenas and fields, as well as at all public grounds, parking lots, and spaces.
- Perform general and semi-skilled building maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC/boiler repair, lighting, flooring, and minor electrical work.
- Certify, inspect, and maintain full proper operations of all fire life safety systems, including panels, alarms, detectors, sensors, sprinklers, emergency lighting, extinguishers, and chemical eye wash and showers.
- Assist the Engineer staff with monitoring and adjusting building automation systems and controls (Tracer SE, Tridium Niagara, Manual) to ensure proper building ventilation.
