- The Mailroom Clerk will ensure the processing of incoming and outgoing mail in a timely manner.
- They are responsible for the management of the Printout email inbox where they will print off appeals, medical records requests and any other outgoing items for the insurance companies that need to be mailed.
- Ensure outgoing mail documents are prepared and other shipping items in a timely manner.
- Performs other related and miscellaneous duties necessary for the efficient operation of the team as assigned
- Able to use sorting and postage meter machines.
