- This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is a self-starter and works well independently and in a team environment to improve billing processes and maintain company standards.
- Temporary LP Connect Audit Clerk assignments are anticipated to last approximately six to eight weeks, with the potential to be extend up to a maxim of 180 days (six months).
- Regularly interact with the LSP Invoice Metrics report, ZenDesk Claim, and complete related tasks to monitor and resolve billing discrepancies
- Collaborate with the Director of Freight and Audit to ensure timely resolution of daily issues and work with the Practice team to resolve any open issues identified in the LSP Invoice Metrics report
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required
