- Analyzes all accounts prior to charge off to ensure that all efforts have been exhausted and due diligence complete in the collection of the debt mitigating loss for the business.

- Assists with departmental and/or branch training or job shadowing.
- Reviews accounts with supervisory staff and recommends charge offs, account for repossession and foreclosure of collateral securing delinquent accounts, and for the maintenance of that collateral while in the credit union's possession and for its appropriate and legal disposition.
- Provides report of approved monthly charge offs to Account Resolution Processor III for validation, identification, and remediation of any transactions requiring reversal or errors prior to finalization of charge offs.
