- As part of the talented Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for helping drive an exceptional learning experience for our users by managing and enhancing the Learning Management System (LMS).
- In partnership with the learning content development team, the LMS Administrator will execute an industry-leading learning strategy by providing a user-centric system experience.
- The LMS Administrator will lead the technical LMS strategy including aligning the system with user needs, mapping business requirements to system functionality, driving technical requirements for integrations and customizations, and overseeing system maintenance and upgrades.
- LMS administrative management in the SAP SuccessFactors LMS system.
- Support the content development team with the implementation and maintenance of courses, exams, and training materials by configuring the LMS system to meet curriculum requirements, globalization needs, and a positive user experience.
