Role Description This is a full-time Litigation Associate Attorney role based in Lake Oswego, OR, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Litigation Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to civil litigation defense. This includes drafting and filing motions, preparing for and attending court trials, conducting depositions, and providing legal counsel to clients. Qualifications <ul><li>Strong knowledge of law and civil litigation procedures</li><li>Experience in drafting and arguing motions</li><li>Ability to effectively navigate the court system</li><li>Experience in trial preparation and courtroom representation</li><li>Proficiency in conducting depositions and witness examinations</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively</li><li>Admission to the Oregon State Bar</li><li>Prior experience in construction defect and casualty claims is a plus</li></ul>
