- As a Garde Manger (Line Cook- Cold Station) in the Stackner Cabaret you will be responsible for the safe, timely production and service of cold food preparation and some hot food preparation including but not limited to salads, sandwiches, side items, dressings and garnishes.
- The Garde Manger is responsible for the quality and freshness of food products in preparation for service as outlined by the Kitchen Manager.
- Organize, put away and rotate orders as needed
- Ensure all food is prepared, plated and served properly
- At least one year of casual, upscale or comparable line experience
