- As a Line Cook, you will support our Kitchen Leaders to drive culinary excellence in our scratch-based kitchens.
- Manage prep lists, waste logs and participate in food inventory while staying in close contact with your leadership to ensure your walk-in is fully stocked and organized.
- Assist CDC & Sous Chefs with maintaining appropriate pars needed for service.
- The knowledge to operate all necessary equipment, from food heating/cooling machinery to the restaurant telephone.
- We wore born in the global pandemic, pivoting the entire company to get fresh food from farm to door at a time when real food was flying off the shelves at the grocery store.
