- Perform food preparation at the highest-level abiding by establish rule for food-safe handling.
- Prepare, with direction of the Club Chef/Sous Chef/Lead Line Cook, daily food prep, special event food prep and daily employee meals.
- Stock, maintain, clean, and service all working food stations in the kitchen.
