- Mixer Helper: Needs to know basics of mixing, (i.e. operating mixers, drawing flour, and bringing off dough.)
- Must bring out, scale, and dump all ingredients needed as outlined on Mixer Helper cards, and in conjunction with the scheduled requirements (including pre-scaling 2 to 3 hours for the incoming shift.)
- Responsible for understanding and complying with all HACCP, CTS, GMP, JSA, and 5S procedures related to this position (most importantly including proper ingredient rotation and Lot Code Traceability).
- Additional responsibilities include; checking the Tank Farm and ingredient storage areas to ensure they are clean at the end of the day; cleaning the honey draw off station and pan oiler.
- Mixer: Accurately mixes doughs to product specific formulation and within CTS parameters.
