- Join our Growth Marketing Innovation and Lifecycle (ILM) Team, a dynamic group spearheading data-led engagements across the full customer lifecycle.
- You will lead our nascent analytics function that will partner with Lifecycle Marketers to do data deep-dives on tech admin and end user behavior across our product portfolio to identify strategic opportunities for new lifecycle experiences that drive time to value, adoption, renewal, and growth at our customer accounts.
- You will be the primary liaison shaping the needs of our Lifecycle Marketers into actionable data research investigations, ensuring that your analysis delivers insight that will enable experience design decision making.
- Translate analysis requests into succinct analytics briefs that are shaped in such a way that you or another analyst can successfully deliver insights that will drive experience design.
- Input to the development of data governance and data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data
