- The Life Skills Coach will work as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting the provision of services to transitional age youth (TAY).
- As a Life Skills Coach, your duties will be to teach independent living skills, adaptive skills training, and supported living services for TAY clients.
- The life skills coach will assist with socialization skills, use of public transportation, community orientation, self-care, meal preparation, money management, vocational exploration, personal and housing hygiene, and social/leisure exploration.
- The Life Skills Coach works closely with assigned youth and their case managers and therapists to represent the client's best interests.
- The Life Skills Coach provides services in the field and in the office as needed.
