- Robust benefits package, generous PTO, matching retirement Position Description: The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) will perform nursing assessments of medically fragile children and other children in residential care to include general health screening, documentation of medical issues, diagnosed medical needs for PMN children and participation in the selection of foster home placement.
- The LVN will also lead the service planning process, in collaboration with Case Managers, Treatment Director, or other Interdisciplinary staff as well as collaborate with physicians, supervisors, case managers and/or foster parents to provide physical and psychological support to the client and their families.
- Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing with the Texas Board of Nursing.
- Minimum one (1) year work experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse required.
- Certified CPR and First Aid Instructor (Must be obtained within 90 days of hire as a condition of employment).
