- The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) has accountability for providing strategy, judgment, organization, and evidenced-based analysis to influence decisions, and directly to meet Care Medical Practice’s requirements.
- Prepare patients for provider examinations including, but not limited to, vitals, BMI, blood pressure, height, weight, and pulse.
- Conducting point-of-care testing, including but not limited to glucose finger sticks, venipuncture, EKG, pregnancy tests, Covid testing, and urine testing.
- Perform dressing changes and wound care as appropriate.
- Provide patient education under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Provider, including but not limited to diabetes education, discharge instructions, and medications.
