- Responsible for providing psychotherapy, crisis intervention, consultation, and mental health outreach and educational services to enhance the psychological and emotional welfare of PEA students.
- This is a full-time, academic year schedule including one week prior to the beginning of school and possible summer school coverage (5 weeks).
- Ensure that clinical, consultative, and educational practices are sensitive to the needs and experiences of our diverse community, including socioeconomic status, gender identity and expression, sexuality, race, ethnicity, religion, or country of origin.
- Consult with other Academy clinicians (e.g., Director or Associate Director of CAPS, nurses, physician) about emergency interventions whenever immediate safety and health concerns arise about students.
- Respect for diversity of identities and experiences, an orientation toward equity and inclusion, and cultural competency in all aspects of Academy life.
