- Community Health Centers is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Worker and or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor to join the team at the Riverside and South End Health Centers located in Burlington, Vermont.
- Clinical Social Workers and Clinical Mental Health Workers Provide psychotherapy, primary care behavioral health brief intervention, and medical and clinical social work/mental health counseling services to patients at CHCB as part of a medical team.
- Conduct rapid assessment, diagnosis, provide brief counseling support and longer-term psychotherapy for co-occurring conditions, behavioral medicine interventions, crisis interventions as well as conducts social work/mental health consultations in order to assess mental health and substance use disorders and make treatment recommendations.
- MSW Degree from graduate school of social work, accredited by (CSWE), CMHC Degree from CACREP accredited school or PhD or PsyD.
- Licensure as an independent clinical social worker or clinical mental health counselor in the State of Vermont.
