- VHO provides program management for the Nexus Program, a growing program funded through HHS/HRSA, that expands the population of People Living with HIV ( PLWH) to those served in private infectious disease practices in Northern Virginia (N OVA), Maryland and the District of Columbia.
- The Nexus Program Mental Health Service must adhere to all Virginia and DC metropolitan area Ryan White Part A and Part B HIV funding requirements.
- Coordinate mental health services with Non-Medical and Medical Case Managers, as well as the clinical physicians and nursing staff to support customers achieving viral load suppression.
