- The overall purpose of this requirement is to provide the USSOCOM Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) Programs with services to accomplish the aforementioned mission and associated tasks related to the Behavioral Health, Human Performance and Social/Family Programs LoEs. The overarching objective of this requirement is to provide the services needed to increase the physical and behavioral capacity and resilience of SOF Warriors, with consideration of their families.
- Behavioral health programs include, but are not limited to, the following: individual, group, and family counseling skills building psycho educational programs, intensive case management, and other activities that integrate the physical, spiritual and psychological wellness of SOF Warriors and their families.
- The LCSW shall maintain credentialing requirements in good standing at a local MTF.
- Experience working in a government setting such a DOD or Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) MTF is preferable.
