- Act as a transaction coordinator as needed including reviewing title commitments and exception documents, preparing documents related to real estate matters such as leases and amendments, loan documents and standard construction contracts, preparing ancillary real estate transaction documents such as escrow instructions, deeds, easements and closing certificates and performing legal due diligence.
- Perform various responsibilities of a paralegal including proofreading legal documents for accuracy and consistency, preparing correspondence and other documents for attorney review, drafting and managing various business entity documents, etc.
- Assist with the selection and implementation of new, processes, efficiencies, and possibly software for the Legal Department.
- MIMCO was founded in 1972 to provide real estate investment and property management services in El Paso, Texas.
