- The role will also include data collection, compiling and organizing materials, preparation of reports, spreadsheets and presentations, agreement preparation using the TAH contract management system and new project development and management to continue department innovation and efficiency.
- Support legal operations, including corporate governance and managed businesses requirements, required annual filings to do business, preparation of board minutes, support changes to members and officers through resolution preparation, support requests for entity information from outside sources, including auditors, and maintain companion databases in same operational areas.
- Prepare various quarterly reports, data analysis and presentations for legal and compliance committees and/or compliance meetings as needed.
- Support intellectual property and patent processes, including annuities database, search platform, billing.
- Draft correspondence for various types of matters, including bankruptcy, cease and desist, demand letters.
