- This person will provide paralegal support to the university's General Counsel and other in-house lawyers.
- This position reports to the Associate General Counsel (AGC).
- Two years of substantive experience (full-or part-time) in a law firm or in-house legal department working in contracts or litigation management.
- Provide agile support within the small legal team comprising the Office of General Counsel, supporting the lawyers and Executive Assistant in the areas of contract management, responding to subpoenas, and managing in-house legal records under the guidance of in-house University policies, and legal requirements.
- Working under the direction of the AGC and in cooperation with the Executive Assistant work with other University personnel to identify and gather "documents" and "records" (as defined) in response to subpoenas.
