- The ideal candidate will have experience in a broad range of legal disciplines, including project development and finance, associated agreements and transactional work, preferably in energy storage, renewable energy and/or power markets.
- Advise and lead all financing transactions including construction, project finance, and tax credit monetization transactions.
- Such responsibilities include directing due diligence efforts, review, draft and effectively negotiate transaction documents (loan agreements, promissory notes, security agreements, and ancillary documents), manage closing and advising on post-closing covenants.
- Advise and provide legal support for development, transmission and origination departments on project development related matters including interconnection matters, permitting and governmental contracts, ISO market participant matters, and origination RFP submittals.
