- Experience with Tier 2 customer or technical support processes/execution.
- Experience with researching complex customer issues and providing summary feedback to stakeholders.
- Excellent business communication skills, particularly in written form.
- Familiarity with use of MacOS and iOS platforms and productivity tools.
