- Mueller’s Learning & Development Manager will focus on the Company’s learning and development needs for various functions and roles, as determined by the business’s talent needs.
- This role will be proactive in establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with, and providing support to, HR staff, management and the leadership teams at each Plant and the Corporate office.
- The role will also be curator of culture as all development tools and programs will tie directly to Mueller Values and competencies.
- Developing an internship and co-op program.
- Collaborate with leaders, managers and HR to set priorities for content development based on current and emerging needs.
