- ECMC Foundation makes investments across three strategic priorities: removing barriers to postsecondary completion; building the capacity of institutions, systems and organizations; and transforming the postsecondary ecosystem; and uses a spectrum of funding structures, including strategic grantmaking and program-related investments, to invest in both nonprofit and for-profit ventures.
- The ECMC Foundation team observes a hybrid work model, working in-office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and working from home on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays with quarterly all staff in-person meetings in Los Angeles.
- Design, scope, retain, and manage third-party evaluations with the grants and investment team.
- Work in partnership with the grants management team to make refinements to our grants management system.
- 5+ years work experience in evaluation, preferably in philanthropy and/or postsecondary education.
