- The Lead Superintendent directs the work of Landmark Construction forces and those of the subcontractors including the coordination of subcontracts, drawings, and specification.
- The Lead Superintendent should also prioritize maintaining a good internal working relationship with the Development, Design and Preconstruction departments.

- Oversee all aspects of the project field operations including, but not limited to:Permits, risk management, miscellaneous duties, scheduling, cost control, issue resolution, meetings, reporting and document control, site logistics, contractual correspondences, RFI, safety, quality, field support, commissioning, punch list and owner closeout.
- Maintaining the overall development of the project from preconstruction to scheduling and update, manage, and maintain the schedule to maximize performance and communicate any conflictsOversee labor, equipment, and material resources are within the approved budget.
