- You will measure, benchmark, and play a critical part in continuously optimizing key user journeys including, but not limited to, free trial sign-up, self-service purchase (e-commerce), and upgrades from freemium to paid models worldwide.
- on search marketing channels (Organic & Paid) and map customer journeys of these segments across our website and platform and use these insights from acquired knowledge to influence SEO optimizations, keyword bidding, marketing budget and drive channel optimization for performance marketing function
- Partner with cross functional teams such as data science, data engineering, product analysts, experimentation and instrumentation teams to contribute to advanced models (MMM, MTA), data pipelines and instrumentation, and build testing roadmap
- 3+ years of experience creating data visualization dashboards in Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent
- Good familiarity with the principles of data science and data engineering
