- Specific Expectations for P-8 Employees: In addition to regular teaching responsibilities (including but not limited to preparing curriculum and grade reporting, class prep, student reporting - report card narratives, parent-teacher conferences, supervision duties, classroom substitution, advisory, elective teaching, office hours, outdoor education/field trips, etc.)
- Collaborate with Point of Contact teachers to analyze and interpret benchmark data related to student performance to inform decision-making and improve outcomes:STAR, F&P, ERB Milestone, and curriculum based measures
- Facilitate Student Study Team (SST) meetings as student concerns grow to require tier 2 or 3 support/intervention
- Facilitate the Student Support Team, which currently includes the Principal, Assistant Principal(s), Director of OMCS, LS Learning Support Specialists, the School Counselor(s), to provide opportunities for team members to grow, develop, and feel supported and nurtured, while ensuring that the whole child is supported
