- POSITION DESCRIPTION: Candidate will in charge when the Executive Chef is absent.
- Candidate should be familiar with and able to execute ordering and receiving, food rotation, and discipline of line level associates.
- Lead Supervisor must maintain all standards of the operation and work closely with service staff and outlet mangers to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained.
- Candidate will provide operational relief to staff when needed while stressing quality, courtesy, and service to staff to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Candidate must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, daylight and evening.
