- The Lead Field Services, Customer Service is responsible for providing excellent customer service by successfully scheduling and leading the activities of the Field Service Customer Service Team. Responsibilities vary by region, but may include overseeing or directly performing customer service activities related to the operations and maintenance functions on the Companys distribution assets including, but not limited to, meter reading, water quality complaint, services, and hydrants.
- Leads activities of the Customer Service Team including, scheduling, coordinating resources, and monitoring performance to establish and meet Company and Region Field Service initiatives and goals.
- Is responsible for the regions meter reading activities including the adherence to the Companys billing cycles, identification of efficiencies, assignment of resource.
