- This role ensures smooth communication with other members of the Property Management team and collaborates with the Energy Manager to advance the company's sustainability and carbon reduction goals.
- Proficiency in work order and equipment inventory systems, energy management systems, building management, and lighting control systems is required.

- Create and update building O&M manuals and Fire/Life Safety plans, conduct fire/life safety drills.
