- As the Lead Banquet Cook, your work begins the process of what finishes as culinary success.
- Assist our Banquet Chef to safely and efficiently set up workstations, prepare ingredients, food preparation, cooking, presentation and execution of food for member functions and guest banquet events.
- Work closely with the Banquet Chef in planning food production and executing menus as outlined on Banquet Event Order (BEO) for all member functions and banquet events.
- Assist our Banquet Chef in leading the banquet team with food production and service.
- For buffet stations or off-site catering events ~ provide support as needed, including transportation of equipment, set-up, on-site cooking, carving or other duties as required.
