Our Crew Members ensure every customer has a memorable car wash experience by guiding them through the process, educating them on products and services, all while ensuring safety and quality expectations are met. What our crew members love about Take 5: <ul> <li>Free weekly car wash </li><li>Flexible scheduling </li><li>Career growth opportunities </li><li>Competitive base pay plus commission opportunity </li><li>Employee recognition </li><li>Outdoor working environment </li><li>Health, dental, vision and life insurance </li><li>401k match </li><li>HSA and FSA plans </li><li>Paid time off and holidays </li><li>Parental leave </li><li>SAME DAY PAY available through myFlexPay </li></ul>As a Take 5 crew member, your job will be to: <ul> <li>Warmly welcome each guest and assist them throughout the wash process </li><li>Maintain a positive attitude, where a smile is a part of the uniform </li><li>Engage guests in polite, friendly conversation, providing them with information about our membership offerings and their benefits </li><li>Work with fellow team members to keep the site clean and organized </li><li>Become a subject matter expert on wash methods, safety, inspection, and maintenance, and apply that knowledge daily </li></ul>All our crew members need to meet the following requirements: <ul> <li>A sociable personality with a desire to work as part of a team serving the public </li><li>Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning </li><li>Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary </li><li>Reliable transportation to and from the car wash </li><li>Proof of being at least 16 years old </li></ul> #LI-DNI #DBHVOL
